Printed sheets are laminated onto thick paperboard, die-cut (often with rounded corners) and glued at the spine so every page is a rigid board.

Advantages

  • Survives chewing and rough handling
  • Easy for small hands to turn

Limitations

  • Offset only, with high minimum quantities
  • Very limited page count
