Plain, unsealed paper with a natural, slightly toothy surface. It absorbs ink, so images print softer, but it is easy to read, write on and fold.

Choosing paper for your book
Request printed samples or a proof copy before committing to a stock: shade, opacity and how images reproduce are hard to judge on screen. For print-on-demand, the choice is usually limited to white or cream for black-and-white interiors and a standard or premium white for colour.
