Lucky Bob (audiobook)

The great charm of this delightful new book by Father Finn is in the characterization of the hero, Bob Ryan. There is a certain bigness, a jovial wholesome atmosphere about him that will at once assure him an enthusiastic welcome in the hearts of Father Finn's readers. Bob is veritably thrown into life. Cast off by his father on a lonely country road, with fifty dollars in his pocket, he is told that he must make his own way in the world. And he does - most efficiently. The account of his adventures while doing it makes a most absorbing and edifying tale. His acquaintances are varied, but all of them seem to fall under the spell of Bob's amazingly magnetic personality.
